Jenifer has been with 312 Management since 2006 and has over 28 years of property management experience, with a strong background Commercial Management as well as Multi-Family Residential.
Jenifer is currently affiliated with IREM (Institute of Real Estate Managers) in which she served on the Event Planning Committee and TAA (Texas Apartment Association).
Jenifer has received numerous awards including 2006 Property Manager of the Year from the Apartment Association of Tarrant County, 2010 Best Associate Member of IREM and 2011 Best CPM Candidate from the Institute of Real Estate Managers.
Jenifer has been a member of Gateway Church for over 10 years where she currently serves on the Communion Team.
