Daniel is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with over 26 years of real estate experience and is a Certified Property Manager CPM®
As a longtime member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Managers) he has served as Vice President and Guest Speaker Coordinator.
Past and present affiliations include BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), TAA (Texas Apartment Association), NAR (National Association of Realtors), SCR (Society of Commercial REALTORS Fort Worth), GFWAR (Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors) and TAR (Texas Association of Realtors).
Daniel served as Mayor for the City of Annetta North for two consecutive terms in 2001-2005. He also served as Mayor Pro Tem and Alderman for the city for six years prior to being elected Mayor.
Daniel has served as Entertainment Committee/Board of Director for Mark Brooks Foundation, Entertainment Committee/Board of Director for Juvenile Diabetes Foundation - Fort Worth Chapter, Entertainment Chair of H.O.P.E. Farm, and Board of Directors for the DFW Center for Autism.
He has been a member of Christ Chapel Bible Church for over 36 years. In that time, he served as a Deacon and Chairman of the Deacon Board, a Mission Group Coordinator for Guatemala Mission Teams, was a marriage mentor to engaged couples and a drummer for the contemporary worship team for 18 years.
